Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Propain Korp LLC, a New York limited liability company ("we", "us"), which runs PPRA (Pro Player Reports & Assist), the website and service at this address (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. Who can use PPRA

You must be at least 21 years old. You're also responsible for following the laws where you live, including any laws about sports betting. If betting is not legal where you are, don't use PPRA to help you bet.

2. Your account

Some features need an account. Give us a real email address and keep your login private. You're responsible for what happens on your account. One account is for one person; don't share it or resell access.

3. Plans, billing and cancelling

• Free plan: a limited set of charts and matchups each day, such as each game's star players, a few featured players and a few matchup swaps. What's included may change; the current limits are shown in the app.
• Paid plan: $17 per month for every player on both teams, and matchups between any two players. Prices are in US dollars, plus any tax that applies.
• Automatic renewal: the paid plan renews and charges your card every month until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Cancelling: you can cancel any time online, in a few clicks, from the billing link in your Stripe receipt email (or from your account page once accounts open), or by emailing support@ppra.info. You keep paid access until the end of the month you already paid for, then you won't be charged again.
• Refunds: we don't give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it. If something on our end kept you from using the Service, email us and we'll work it out.
• Price changes: we'll email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. You can cancel before then.

4. Where the data comes from

Stats come from public sources and are processed automatically a few times a day. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, for example when a game is corrected, a player is traded or a starter changes at the last minute. We work to keep them accurate but don't promise they are.

PPRA is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NBA, the WNBA, any team, any player or any sportsbook. Team and player names are used only to identify them. Player photos come from Wikimedia Commons under free licenses; see Photo credits.

5. Fair use of the Service

Don't:

• scrape, copy in bulk or resell the charts or data;
• try to get around the paywall, break into accounts or overload the servers;
• use the Service for anything illegal.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close a paid account for no fault of yours, we'll refund the unused part of the month.

6. Our content

The design, code, charts and calculations on PPRA belong to Propain Korp LLC. You can use them for your own personal research and share a screenshot now and then with credit to PPRA. Photos belong to their creators and are used under their licenses.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't make any promise that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or fit for any purpose, including making money from bets.

8. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Propain Korp LLC won't be liable for any lost money, lost bets, lost profits or indirect damages that come from using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid anything.

9. Your responsibility

If your use of the Service, or your breaking of these terms, leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from it.

10. Gambling help

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email account holders or show a notice on the site before it takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless you're entitled to bring it in small claims court where you live.
