Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PPRA (Pro Player Reports & Assist), run by Propain Korp LLC in New York ("we", "us"), collects about you, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect only what we need to run your account and take payment. We don't sell your data and we don't run ads.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your email address and login details. Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed), never as plain text.
• Subscription status: whether you're on the free or paid plan, and when your plan renews or ends.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We get back your plan status and the last 4 digits and expiry of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic server logs: your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use these only to keep the Service running and secure, and delete them after a short time.
• Settings saved in your browser: for example whether you last looked at NBA or WNBA. This stays on your device and isn't sent to us.

We don't collect your location, your contacts, or anything about your bets.

2. Cookies and tracking

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. Free visitors get a second cookie that counts matchup swaps. We keep a scrambled form of your IP address for 2 days to enforce the daily swap limit. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.

3. How we use it

• to run your account and show you the plan you paid for;
• to bill you and handle cancellations through Stripe;
• to email you about your account, billing, price changes or changes to our terms (no marketing emails unless you sign up for them);
• to stop abuse and keep the Service secure.

4. Who we share it with

Only the companies we need to run the Service:

• Stripe for payments (Stripe's privacy policy).
• Hetzner, our hosting company. Our server is in Finland, so your data is stored there.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users' safety. If Propain Korp LLC is ever sold or merged, your data would move with the Service and this policy would still apply to it. We never sell your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account details while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting law (usually up to 7 years).

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email support@ppra.info from the address on your account and we'll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have extra rights under your local law; we'll honor them.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords hashed, and limit who can reach the server. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we'll notify you as New York law requires.

8. Age

PPRA is only for people 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you think someone under 21 has an account, email us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account holders or show a notice on the site before it takes effect.
